Zoning Distribution
Short-term vacation rentals permitted with proper NIB and Sertifikat Standar Pariwisata.
Residential zone. For foreign owners/PT PMA: short-term rentals are PROHIBITED—OSS will reject tourism permit applications. For Indonesian citizens: Pondok Wisata (homestay license) may be possible under strict conditions. Long-term rental (12+ months) is an option for all.
