Zoning Distribution
Short-term vacation rentals permitted with proper NIB and Sertifikat Standar Pariwisata.

Ubud Green Zone Restrictions
Properties in green zones cannot operate any commercial rentals. The Parq Ubud case showed authorities will permanently close even large investments built on protected agricultural land.
Subak Irrigation Protection
UNESCO-protected Subak irrigation systems create additional restrictions. Properties near rice terraces face stricter scrutiny and may be in protected zones.
