By accessing or using Bali Property Scout's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Bali Property Scout provides property legality verification, zoning compliance checking, and due diligence services to protect your investment from hidden legal issues in Bali real estate.

Our assessments are based on available public records, government databases, and expert analysis. We provide information and recommendations but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Each assessment is customized based on the specific property and information provided. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis through our quotation process.

Services include, but are not limited to: zoning verification, permit checks (NIB, PBG, SLF, Sertifikat Standar), ownership verification (BPN), and compliance assessments.

You must provide accurate and complete information about the property you wish to assess.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

You acknowledge that property verification is a service and does not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting with licensed professionals (lawyers, notaries) for legal matters.

You agree to use the information provided solely for your own property assessment and not to resell or redistribute our reports without permission.

Payment is required before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in a custom quotation.

We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods as displayed on our website.

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion rates are provided for reference only.

Custom quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change.

Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to complete the assessment due to unavailability of required information or access to government databases

• If there is a significant error or omission in our report that materially affects the assessment (subject to verification)

• If the service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by government agencies or events beyond our control)

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your assessment report.

Refunds are not available if you disagree with the findings or if the property does not meet your expectations.

Processing fees and third-party costs (government filing fees, notary fees) are non-refundable.

Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that information obtained from government databases or third parties is error-free or complete.

Property regulations in Indonesia can change. Information provided is accurate as of the assessment date but may become outdated.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our assessments. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with legal professionals.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific assessment service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity

• Harass, abuse, or harm our staff or other users

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without permission

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services

• Impersonate another person or entity

• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Indonesia.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at legal@balipropertyscout.com to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to binding arbitration under Indonesian law before resorting to litigation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
